Neurodiversity consulting and mentoring for organisations and schools
Most organisations are not failing neurodivergent employees out of bad intention. They are failing them out of design – systems, structures, and ways of working that were never built with different minds in mind.

That is where my work begins.
I bring both lived experience of neurodivergence and a corporate background to this work –
which means I understand these environments from the inside, not just in theory.

How I support organisations and teams
I work with organisations and schools to create environments where neurodivergent people can contribute, think, and work in ways that are more natural to them. This means moving beyond awareness into practical, sustainable change.
  • Workshops and training on ADHD, autism, and neurodiversity
  • Consulting and mentoring on structures, processes, and inclusive ways of working
  • 1:1 coaching for employees navigating focus, workload, and daily demands
For organisations and businesses, this means developing ways of working that better support neurodivergent talent, strengthening leadership understanding, and enabling teams to work together more effectively.

For schools, this means building learning environments that support different ways of thinking, equipping educators with practical strategies, and supporting both staff and parents in everyday situations.

Why this matters

When organisations intentionally adjust how they work, they reduce friction, improve collaboration, and create more sustainable ways of working. The goal is not a more tolerant workplace. It is a more effective one.
