Neurodiversity coaching for women with ADHD and autism
For most of her life, she has found a way to manage. To adapt, compensate, and keep going.
But at some point, the effort of making everything work starts to cost more than it should.
But at some point, the effort of making everything work starts to cost more than it should.
If that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
I work with neurodivergent women and mothers navigating ADHD, autism, and AuDHD –
many of whom are only now, often after a diagnosis, beginning to make sense of their own experience.
What we might explore together
- How you experience time, energy, and focus
- Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt
- Practical strategies that fit how your mind actually works
- Building more stability and self-trust in everyday life
Sessions take place online or in person in Biel/Bienne. Written support is also available for those who prefer communicating in writing.
The goal is not to change who you are. It is to understand how your mind works – so that daily life feels less like something to survive and more like something you can shape.
