In the SRF podcast Sick of Silence, I share my story of receiving an ADHD and autism diagnosis after the birth of my child, and how this has shaped my work supporting other neurodivergent people.

Talking about Neurodiversity on TeleBielingue.
Together with Elizabeth Frei, PhD, I spoke on TeleBielingue about the Neurodiversity Support Network Switzerland (NSNS) and our work towards a more inclusive society for neurodivergent people.

Understanding AuDHD in women – late diagnosis, overlap, and lived experience. On the HERSpectives podcast, I spoke about the dual diagnosis of ADHD and autism in women, why it is often missed, and what late diagnosis can mean in daily life.

Keynotes & Talks

Guest Speaker – University of Zurich
I was invited as a guest speaker in the Master’s course “Neurodivergent Minds in Clinical Psychology” at the University of Zurich, where I shared insights on late diagnosis and lived experience with AuDHD, highlighting gaps in clinical pathways for adults and women.

Mental Health Professional Certificate Course
I contributed to the “Neurodiversity in the Therapy Room” certificate course, sharing lived experience and perspectives on late-diagnosed neurodivergent women. My input focused on helping mental health professionals better understand topics such as energy management, self-compassion, and emotional regulation

Swiss Diversity Award 2025
I spoke on stage at the Swiss Diversity Awards about the mission of the Neurodiversity Support Network Switzerland, which received both the “Disability Award” and the “Advisory Board Prize”. A powerful moment for visibility and inclusion of the neurodivergent community in Switzerland.
