Collaboration with Psychologists and Psychiatrists
Coaching works best when it is part of a broader picture of support. That is why I work closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, and specialists in the neurodiversity field – not as a formality, but because I genuinely believe that different forms of support complement each other.
This means that if you are also working with a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist, my coaching can sit alongside that work rather than replacing it. And if you are not, but that kind of support becomes relevant at some point, I have a trusted network to draw from.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Part of my work is helping you understand what kind of support makes sense for you – and making sure you have access to it.
Curious about whether coaching is the right fit for where you are right now?
